By accessing or using techdigest.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

techdigest.dev provides an engineering blog aggregation and content-breakdown platform. We curate content from various third-party sources and provide structured breakdowns and insights.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Subscription billing is processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments.

• Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will be prompted to upgrade at the end of the trial period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be billed again after cancellation.
• Auto-renewal: Active subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle at the then-current price until cancelled.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next Billing Cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Because techdigest.dev offers a 14-day free trial before any payment, you have a full two weeks to evaluate the Service at no cost. As a result, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

• Duplicate or accidental charges: Will be refunded in full on request.
• Service outage refunds: If the Service experiences prolonged downtime that materially prevents you from using it, we will consider pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellation within 7 days of first charge: First-time Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial charge by contacting support. After 7 days, partial or pro-rated refunds are at techdigest.dev's discretion.
• Chargebacks: Please contact support before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly all billing disputes directly and faster than your bank can.

To request a refund, email admin@techdigest.dev with your account email and the approximate date of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users and third-party articles), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of techdigest.dev and its licensors.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our Service contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by techdigest.dev.

techdigest.dev has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that techdigest.dev shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall techdigest.dev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
